Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more
$4.99 standard shipping on orders under $35

How long it takes

Every order ships from a warehouse in the USA. Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, and most arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they ship. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

During busy seasons like the holidays, carriers can take a little longer, so we recommend ordering gifts early.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating.

Orders with more than one item

Some items ship from different warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package. You won't pay extra shipping when this happens, and you'll get tracking for each package.

Address issues

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll update it if your order hasn't shipped yet. We aren't able to cover replacements for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
